Guest Services, located in the Grand Court between Mayor's and Bailey, Banks, & Biddle, is open during mall hours providing friendly customer service to assist you with all of your needs.

Sunday - 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

  • Bank of America ATM Machines - There are 5 locations throughout the Center. On the Lower Level: located in front of Macy's, next to the escalators; located in the Food Court; and located in front of Dillard's, next to the escalator. On the Upper Level: located at the Mall entrance next to Macy's; between TooJay's Original Gourmet Deli and 90's Nails; and located at the Mall entrance next to Dillard's.

  • Wheelchairs and motorized carts - Wheelchairs are available at no charge at Guest Services.
    Motorized carts are also available in two hour intervals for your shopping convenience. We require a $10.00 deposit, which shall be refunded provided the cart is returned in a timely manner.
    Wheelchairs and Motorized carts may not be reserved and are available on a first come first served basis only.

  • Ticketmaster Now Available! Purchase tickets to your favorite events at Guest Services!

  • Fax and copy services - Guest Services makes copies for $.25 each, will send faxes for $2 a page, and can receive faxes for $1 a page.

  • Free parking for 7,600 vehicles

  • Valet Parking- Enjoy valet parking located in front of the Patio Verde Food Court. Valet Parking is $5.

  • Lobby Lounge Seating - Luxurious sofas, overstuffed chairs, end tables and lamps help you to relax in the Mediterranean style Grand Court and throughout the shopping center.

  • Lottery Tickets -Available at Guest Services.

  • Palm Tran Bus Service
    There is a covered bus stop located west of Macy's on the Ring Road. Bus schedules are available at Guest Services located in the Grand Court.

  • Coffee Court - Take a break, people watch and savor your favorite brew and light snacks. Located on the lower level in front of City Furniture.

  • Stroller rental - Strollers are available at Guest Services. There are three sizes to choose from: an infant stroller, a one-seater, or a two-seater. The infant and one-seater stroller rental fee is $3. The two-seater rental fee is $4.

  • Taxi & limousine requests
    Guest Services will gladly call a taxi or limousine to assist you.

  • Children's Play Area - The Children's Play Area is located on the lower level in front of JCPenney. Children can enjoy a "breakfast theme" area complete with oversized waffles, pineapples, cherries and much more... There is also lots of seating for parents. Please note that the Children's Play Area is unsupervised and has a height limit of 42 inches.
    Children's Play Area closes from 2:00pm - 2:30pm everyday for cleaning.

  • American Express & The Mall at Wellington Green Gift Cards- Gift cards may be purchased at Guest Services located between Bailey, Banks and Biddle and Mayors. Click here for more information.

  • Palm Beach Post Newspapers - Looking for a newspaper? The Palm Beach Post, now has 3 daily newspaper kiosks in the mall. One is located on the lower level by Guest Services, another one by the ATM machine in the Food Court, and the third on the upper level near Too Jay's. Monday through Saturday papers are $.50 and Sunday papers are $1.25. (Machines only take quarters).


Mall at Wellington Green Security
The Mall at Wellington Green Security officers patrol the mall's common areas and exterior parking lot areas. The main goal of the Security Department is to provide customers with a safe shopping environment.
